The floating membrane detects both the low frequencies (modes Bell) that the high frequencies (aperture mode) without having to rotate the head. To switch from one mode to another is simply change the pressure exerted on the head. Bell mode (low frequencies) For the detection of low frequencies is sufficient to exert slight pressure on the head.
